Château Cheval-Blanc--Vintage 1975
Saint-Emillion, 1er grand cru classé (A).
"Still impressively deep but browner than the first-growth
Médocs; slightly medicinal, iron, earthy but warm fragrance;
distinctly sweet, fairly full-bodied, fleshy, lively, fruit,
suave, elegant for a '75, good length. Tannic, but not as obtrusive
as its peers. Drink now, but should be mellower just beyond
2000." JMB
Above 4 bottles and 3 magnumsper lot
