A FIVE PIECE SILVER TEA AND COFFEE SERVICE ON TWO HANDLED TRAY, maker's mark of Gorham, comprising teapot, coffee pot, two handled covered sugar bowl, cream jug and waste bowl, each engraved with initial C, pear shaped on spreading circular foot, with gadrooned rim, the pots with leaf capped partly fluted spout, wood scroll handle, the hinged molded domed cover topped by fluted baluster finial--the coffee pot 10½in. (26.6cm.) high, the oval tray with gadrooned rim and loop handles--length over handles 25in. (63.5cm.), together with a small bud vase, gross weight 169.5oz. (7)
