A SILVER COFFEE POT, bearing marks for London, 1774, maker's mark of Charles Wright, later decorated, vase form with wavy shoulder, on spreading circular base, the base and sides chased with flowering foliage divided by flutes, the neck also with vacant cartouches, wood scroll handle, part foliate spout, the conforming raised hinged cover topped by covered urn finial, all with applied beaded rims--14in. (35.5cm.) high, gross weight 37.5oz.
