Each modelled as a scantily draped nymph, Hearing playing a mandolin, a stag and singing putto at her feet; Feeling holding a pecking parrot, a dog biting her foot and two putti wrestling at her feet; Tasting eating an apple, a putto eating porridge and a ham at her feet; Smelling holding a flower plucked from a vase at her side, a putto with roses and a dog sniffing a sausage at her feet; Seeing looking through a spyglass, holding a mirror, an eagle and a putto with glasses and a lantern at her feet, all on rocaille scroll bases moulded with their attributes--11 3/8in.
