1964 KDKA PIRATE SHIRTBOARDS
In 1964 Radio Station KDKA in Pittsburgh produced an unusual set of "cards". They consisted of 28 shirt boards used at the time to stiffen laundered shirts by local laundries in the area. Each board pictured a Pirate player and home schedule. .

The set is significant because it contains possibly the scarcest Roberto Clemente issue. Other notable players include Willie Stargell, Bill Mazaroski, and Bob Friend. Overall near mint condition. [w/4] (28)
