1948 BOWMAN BASKETBALL SET
The first major basketball set was produced by Bowman in 1948. The 72 card set therefore is virtually all rookie cards. The most significant player is George Mikan, the first "big man" in the game. The set is in exceptional near mint to mint condition with all cards exhibiting bright colors and excellent focus. The Mikan card No.69 is also in near mint to mint condition.
