A GEORGE III SILVER TEAPOT, London, 1798, maker's mark of Alexander Field, oval with incurved corners, two sides engraved with shield enclosed initials within foliate swag and floral surround, with bright cut foliate enclosed stylized flowerhead borders, with plain scroll spout, wood loop handle, the shoulder and cover with wrigglework bands, the partly raised hinged cover topped by flattened oval flowerhead finial--7in. (17.7cm.) high, gross weight 14oz.
