A GEORGE III SILVER HOT WATER JUG, London 1784, maker's mark probably that of Thomas Chawner, poorly struck, partly fluted vase form, engraved with initials, on spreading circular foot, wood scroll handle, the hinged molded cover covering spout, topped by covered urn finial, with applied beaded rims--8in.
