With gilt-bronze berried finials and foliate cast collars above the turquoise fluted neck with a band painted in colours with a portrait of ????? within rose garlands and drapery held by putti in colouds, signed Bastory or Bastion??, above the flaring middle painted with scenes of couples and figures in landscapes beside rivers, the flaring turquoise fluted foot enriched with gilt foliage and gilt-bronze berried laurel rim--16in.
