The daguerreotypes depict an older gentleman holding a fiddle; a younger man holding a pair of large hand cymbals; and a young couple with an accordian. The tintype depicts a young man also holding an accordian.
The fiddle depicted likely dates from the first quarter of the 19th century and was possibly made in New England. The gentleman's bow is a late 19th century German or American made, in the German style.
