A letter written by Elvis Presley in blue ink as a declaration to himself to try to change his lifestyle. On Las Vegas Hilton stationery, it was obviously written towards the end of his life and is at times incoherent. It states in part "...will never consciously or sub-consciously do anything to endanger my voice or health. To love the Lord thy God with all my heart soul and body as best I can. With the utmost of my ability and bring happiness thru singing and laughter. With love and with joy utmost of my ability. With God's help to uphold all these and many more...With all my heart E.P."
