KUNIYOSHI AND KUNISADA: oban tate-e (35.9 x 24.2 cm. ea. approx.); the warrior Hida Magobei Masatoshi fighting the Chinese in Korea holding a pole arm and stepping over Chinese armor, from the series Taiheiki eiyuden "Heroic stories of the Taiheiki", signed Ichiyusai Kuniyoshi ga and published by Yamamotoya Heikichi; the warrior Seishushosei Shojo descending the stone wall of Peking castle in the moonlight, his sword hanging from a cord held in his teeth, from the series Tsuzoku Suikoden goketsu hyakuhachinin no hitori "The hundred and eight heroes of the popular Suikoden, one by one", signed Chooro Kuniyoshi ga and published by Kagaya Kichiemon; and two wrestlers, identified as Koyonaga and Hide no yama, signed Kochoro Kunisada ga and published by Yamaguchiya Tobei- all very good impressions, color slightly faded and the last toned, generally good condition (3)
