Both tapering very slightly towards the base, the smaller well-carved in a painterly style with a blossoming prunus branch issuing from the rim and on the reverse with a poem, signed Shishen and with a seal, Jinren; the larger brushpot left plain--4¾ and 6in. (12 and 15.2cm.) high (2)
