Decorated on one side with the figure of Wen Chang, the god of Literature, holding a brush in one hand and an ingot in the other, and on the reverse with a flowering prunus tree and rocks below a seven-star constellation, some retouching of enamels--5 5/8in. (14.3cm.) high; together with a blue and white meiping, Kangxi, finely painted with a tall spreading pine tree and a stand of bamboo, foot chips--8in. (20.3cm.) high
