Decorated in characteristic enamels with three large quatrefoil panels enclosing pairs of dancing ladies confronting either a single cash, a pair of butterflies or a pair of dragonflies, alternating with pairs of octafoil landscape, fruit and flower panels and interspersed with gilt rockwork and flower sprays, the domed covers similarly decorated with bud finials, all within gilt line borders and reserved on a vibrant, faintly mottled powder-blue ground, one with small rim chips--17in.
