SCHOOL OF THE EHRE VATER ARTIST, SOUTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA, CIRCA 1811

The fraktur-schriften text pertaining to the birth and baptism of Michael Bar to his parents Jacob and Susanne Bar in Heidelberg Township, Northampton County, on 14 September 1811 in black ink with yellow, green and red embellishments above an ovular green leaf decorated surround enclosing text the whole flanked by red, green, yellow and blue scrolling flowers, tulips, leaves, berry clusters, stars, and pinwheels--16 x 13in.
