This fraktur is on file in the Decorative Arts Photographic Collection, The Henry Francis du Pont Winterthur Museum, NEH 473, 6 - 8; it is inscribed on the reverse, "Johannes Schenct.... no. 6 Marty Resch... Leonhard."
A directly related Geburtschein by the same artist and for a member of the same family is also on file in DAPC, NEH 540, 19a - 20a, and registers the birth of Barbara Schenck, born 31 October 1797. It is similarly inscribed on the reverse, "No. 7 Barbara Schink - Leonhard," suggesting Leonhard may relate to either the surname or location of the artist.
