Centering a German inscription enclosed by an orange outlined heart and flanked on each side by green and red peacocks perched on trailing vines with red and blue flowers and foliage and crowned above by a spreadwing red, blue, yellow, orange and green eagle flanked by red and blue tulips, with the date 1823 inscribed below--8¼ x 6½in.
