A rendering by Bill Smith of Judy Garland wearing a stage costume worn during her performances at the RKO Palace Theater on Broadway in 1967. Originally designed for Ms. Garland for the 1967 film Valley of The Dolls. Ms. Garland never appeared in the film, but later purchased the costume from 20th Century Fox--framed--23 x 16 inches.
