The dot pattern also circles the hem border of the dress. On the inside left hook seam the sewn in tag JUDY GARLAND 3955. The lot is accompanied by a black and white photograph of Ms. Garland wearing the dress with a studio slate 10/31/38 original dress own hair and fall before darkening.
