Possibly depicting Minerva, the goddess standing in contrapposto before acorn bocage, leaning on the shield moulded with a lion and a boar at her right, a spear in her left hand, on pierced rocaille base enriched with gilding and puce shading (spear missing, leaf tips chipped)--10 3/8 in. (26.3 cm.) high; together with a Derby figure, possibly allegorical of Victory, the winged draped pymph holding a wreath in her left hand, standing in contrapposto beside a floral bocage on a similar pierced rocaille base (wings and top of bocage reglued, tips of leaves chipped)--9 7/8 in.
