CIRCA 1775, BOTH MARKED 'WEDGWOOD & BENTLEY ETRURIA', ONE ON A PAD, THE OTHER AROUND THE BOLT
Of white terracotta stoneware, with bell finials, a band of flutes flanked by gilt loop handles moulded with husk and joined by gilt berried laurel garlands above a short stem and with allover sponged green, grey and brown faux porphyry glaze, the covers reversing to candlesticks, a stepped square black basaltes bases (both rims with slight restoration, one nozzle restored)--9½in.
