Of rounded oval outline, the sides of the thick-walled body rising up to an incurved rim from a foot ring of irregular outline surrounding a spurious Qianlong four-character mark, da Qing Qianlong, carved in a line on the base, the softly polished stone of yellowish tone with opaque mottling throughout and with added russet coloring--4 7/8in.
