Well-carved throughout in low relief in the Mughal taste with an ornate, overall pattern of pendent leafy fronds framing full-frontal lotus blossoms continuing onto the spreading foot, with a pair of openwork chrysanthemum handles suspending loose rings flanking the tall neck, all below a thick rounded rim, the stone of faintly mottled moss-green tone, minor chips to relief decoration--11¼in.
