The standing figure shown with a long-handled basket containing a fish suspended from his right hand, his left raised in a gesture of protection, wearing layered robes with a cloud collar and elaborately decorated with an overlapping wave pattern bordered by carved floral and spiral-scroll borders, his face with bemused expression below a foliate crown and hair drawn into a looped knot, all picked out in dark-red, pale blue, black and gilding, minor chips--25in.
