1801 (3 April) newspaper "The Oracle, AND THE DAILY ADVERTISER." which includes a long advertisement on the front page concerning twenty-four Post coaches from the Saracen's Head Inn, Snow-Hill, London, also a dramatic report (page 3) of a mail-robber (due to be executed) "John Fryer, the post-boy, related that he was accosted by a man in a smock-frock, with a handkerchief over his hat, who called 'Deliver the mail, damn your eyes, or I will blow your brains out'"; a few slight stains
