Of rectangular form fitted with a hinged door and three interior drawers all with silver mounts, decorated on the exterior in gold and silver takamaki-e with red lacquer accents with square cards patterned with landscapes or flowers with geometric backs set against a ground of large gold kirigane squares, the inside of the door rendered in sumi-e togidashi and gold and red takamaki-e with stands of pines and maples, the three drawers decorated in gold, silver and red geometric patterns, interiors of the drawers nashiji- 4 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 4 1/8 in. (11.4 x 8.9 x 10.3 cm.), losses to ground
