Of octagonal form on molded base, rising to a molded rim, with removable panelled domed pierced cover with baluster finial, with scroll handle, the base engraved T*C, marked under base--4¼in. high

The initials TC are thought to be those of Thomas Churchill of Plymouth Masachusetts. His wife was Mary Churchill.
