CIRCA 1775, PROBABLY LEEDS, GREEN ENAMEL LINES MARK, ENAMELLED IN THE MANNER OF DAVID RHODES
The spout moulded with a mask, the entwined paired reeded handle with moulded heather terminals, enamelled in black, iron-red, puce, green and yellow with verticle bands of fruit on a puce gournd and paired lines, each within a scallop border, Jacobs Collection no. 580 (lip repaired), 2 7/8in. (7.4cm.) high; together with a teabowl ensuite, Jacobs Collection no. 501 (footrim chips), 3in. (7.6cm.) diam. (2)
