Of navette form, on pedestal base with beaded and Greek key border, with applied bifurcated acanthus-leaf handle, the rim with similar beading and Greek-key borders, the stand of oval form with beading and Greek-key border, both engraved with monogram MBP, marked, 686/5403, 588/5403--length of stand 6 5/8in.
