Painted in the center with the arms of Hughes encircled by the Order of the Bath ribbon and flanked by Chinoiserie figure supporters, spearhead and diaper trellis borders and four lotus sprays around the exterior (rim hairline, some fritting)--12¼in. (31.1cm.) wide
