The center with a medallion showing the urn under a weeping willow tree, its pedestal base forming the silhouette profiles of Louis XVI and Marie Antoinette, the silhouettes of the Dauphin and Marie-Therese in the tree trunks at each side, all bordered in blue enamel, repeated at the well and rim and highlighted in gilt (rubbing to gilt rim and medallion edging, tiny flakes to blue)--17¼in. (43.7cm.) wide
