On fluted domed circular bases, each raised on three massive paw feet headed by acanthus, applied with paterae and chased above with a band of stiff foliage, rising to knopped and vase-shaped stems chased with flutes, palmettes and stiff foliage and applied with paterae, and everted drippans formed of vertical palmettes and vase-shaped sockets, marked on bases--27in.(68.5cm.) high
