Realistically formed as a honey skep, the removable domed cover with bee form finial, the stand with applied foliate scroll border, flatchased with a border of foliage and scrolls on a matted ground, the base and stand engraved with a crest, garter motto and Order of the Thistle, with blue glass liner, marked under base, on cover and stand--3 7/8in.(9.8cm.) high
