Of circular form with upturned scalloped rim, raised on three scroll feet, the field flat-chased with a border of scrolls enclosing panels of diaperwork, paterae and engraved profile busts, the rim engraved with alternating panels of bellflowers on a matted ground and diaperwork, the center with a coat-of-arms and crest within foliate scroll mantling, marked on reverse--9 3/8in.(23.9cm.) diameter
