The serpentine brown and white mottled marble top above a conforming frieze carved with scrolling foliage, oak branches and flower chains and centered by the coat-of-arms of the Dauphin, flanked by a pair of entwined dolphins and issuing reeds on twinned cabriole legs headed by floral clasps and floiate scrolls, with similarly clasped knees and foliate-scrolled feet (lacking toes)--34¼in.
