1940'S NEW YORK PLAYERS SIGNED BASEBALL INCLUDING ADOLPHO LUQUE AS COACH
An official Pro League Spalding baseball with twenty-seven signatures of players associated with 1940's New York baseball teams. The sweet spot is signed by Leo Durocher. Other signatures include Luque, Frisch, Keller, Vaughn, Hubbell, Waner, Crosetti, Gordon, Dressen, Walker, Owen, Van Mungo, Bonham, and Lombardi. The ball has a light coat of lacquer which has caused the logo to smear, affecting only the Hubbell signature. Slightly dark but in excellent condition.
