circular salver on three tapering feet, engraved with crest and initial, with husk applied rim--marked W F (William Forbes), MARQUAND, SUCCESSORS TO BALL BLACK & CO., 1851-76--10in. (25.4cm.) diam., the first pitcher pear shaped, on molded circular foot, worn script monogram, scroll handle--marks for Eoff & Shepherd, New York, also stamped W. CARRINGTON & CO. CHARLESTON, circa 1850--6¾in. (17.1cm.) high, the second pitcher, helmet form, on stemmed raised circular base, with upswept handle--Schofield--5¾in. (14.6cm.) high, 36oz. (3)
