A LARGE SILVER EWER, maker's mark of Reed & Barton, circa 1900, vase form, on molded circular base, with plain neck and spout, the base and body with two shaped oval vacant cartouches, within foliate C scrolls, and enclosed by chased and engraved large flowers, foliage and scrolls, with applied tied oak leaf and acorn rims, with rose and foliate decorated multi scroll handle--15¾in. (40cm.) high, 42.5oz.
