A WEDGWOOD BLACK BASALTES INKWELLS, 19TH CENTURY, IMPRESSED UPPERCASE MARK, IMPRESSED 2 AND 20, the cylindrical body decorated with engine-turned stripes, the top with a glazed conical ink hole and five pen holes (minor nicks to rim, foot and holes)--3 3/8 in. diam.; together with a similar smaller well, unmarked, impressed 4--3 in. diam., and a black basaltes box and cover, of tapering cylindrical form, the cover with central turned reeded dome within a moulded rinceau and surmounted by a widow finial, the body with a ribbon-tied swags above a band of similarly turned reeding (chip to cover restuck)--4¾ in. high (3)
