(Servico Publico), ms. endorsement at top of 1839 folded cover, written at Villa de Chique-Chique (Bahia) it bears three different straight line handstamps used as transit markings, the markings are 'JACOBINA', 'FEIRA DE STA ANNA' and 'CACHOEIRA' (last barely readable, others clear), sent without charge via overland mail as this was an official use cover, very fine Second Empire period cover, one of only two such recorded covers est.
