MARGARET MITCHELL
A letter dated July 21, 1949 on personal stationery; written in response to a four page letter from "Ned" (included with the lot), in which he tells the author of his experiences in Japan in relation to Gone With The Wind. Mitchell writes about her bout with illness and a party at the Atlanta Historical Society. A letter dated May 1947, to a Colonel Julian, also on personal stationery, refers to a letter written by General Joseph E. Johnston in 1874; both letters signed in original ink Margaret and Margaret Mitchell Marsh. (2)
