A Januray 12, 1938 original agreement between director George Cukor and Selznick International Pictures. Selznick agreed to lend Cukor to Columbia to direct Holiday, starring Katharine Hepburn and Cary Grant. The director received $10,000 per week during shooting; original ink signatures of George Cukor and Daniel O'Shea; together with an agreement between Columbia and Selznick Pictures, original ink signatures of O'Shea and a Columbia executive.
