Oviform with short neck and scalloped rim, glazed in shades of periwinkle blue, pale green, dusty pink and white, with gilt accents, the vessel molded with a maiden swimming amidst the waves and sea vegetation, applied on one side with a figure of a satyr playing the pipes and on the other with a female nude climbing the tall stalks, glazed Prof. Vetter., printed with the firm's gilt mark and inscribed 161.182 6--12in. (30.5cm.) high
