Oviform, printed and painted in colors and highlighted with gilt, the exterior decorated in the 'Bubbles II' pattern, the interior decorated with the 'Checker Rosette' design, against a mother-of-pearl ground; the exterior of cover decorated in the 'Arachne' and 'Freed Souls' patterns, the interior decorated with a central bubble surrounding four 'souls', against a mother-of-pearl ground, with the gilt printed factory mark and paper label, incised 2308--7½in. (19cm.) high
