Vellum frontispiece and 6 leaves of wove paper plus 1 blank paper flyleaf at front and 2 at back, written in roman script in black with verse openeings letters mostly in alternating blue and green, full-page miniature frontispiece in colors and gilt, 4 large historiated initials, incorporating elaborate borders with penwork tracery in colors and heightened with gold, other smaller initials in various colors (some heightened with gold); and 2 historiated tail-pieces. 4to, vellum over boards, covers with gilt-ruled intersecting borders and decorative cornerpieces, gilt-lettered on front cover, stamp-signed on lower turn-in: "Henry T. Wood, Ltd., London"; cloth slipcase. (2)
