A PAIR OF ORMOLU-MOUNTED 'JEWELLED' SÈVRES-PATTERN VASES AND FIXED COVERS of slender tapering form, painted with children wearing 18th Century-style dress in gardens within 'jewelled' and chased gilt cartouches, the reverses with lakescapes within chased gilt cartouches, mounted with knop finials, scroll handles, a ribbon-tied wreath of laurel at the rims, the lower bodies and spreading feet cast with acanthus and on footed square bases cast with foliage (one with metal segment of stem lacking, some 'jewels' are restored replacements and two lacking), late 19th Century
