With serpentine crossbanded top centrally mounted with a scrolling cartouche enclosing scattered bois-de-bout marquetry floral sprays above a serpentine gilt-tooled leather-lined slide and a kneehole, the right hand side fitted with a short drawer, the left and back fitted with sham drawers, the angles fitted with pierced scrolling chutes continuing down cabriole legs to acanthus-cast sabots, inlaid throughout with floral marquetry, bearing the stamp BVRB twice- 28½in. (72.5cm.) high, 38¾in. (98.5cm.) wide, 19¼in. (49cm.) deep
