AN APULIAN RED-FIGURE DINOS

With egg-and-dart on the rim, a band of ivy on the neck, tongue and egg-and-dart on the shoulder, and meander below the scene, the body painted with an elaborate scene centered by a relining young Dionysos, with a procession of satyrs and maenads approaching from both sides, including a Papposilenos on, an Ass and a young satyr with a goat, 12 in. (30.5cm.) diameter; 11 1/4 in. (8.5 cm) high
