SIX LEVANTINE CYLINDER SEALS
CIRCA 1450-1100 B.C.

One of black serpentine engraved with a seated deity holding a lighting bolt receiving a worshiper, a standing figure to the right, and a crouching figure over a couchant antelope, three drill holes and two wedges in the field, a fish and indeterminate shapes in the sky, vertical guilloche as the terminal, line border, 21 x 10 mm, one of black serpentine engraved with a seated figure holding a cup receiving a worshiper with a vessel and a decorated pool, a "bouquet" tree and a kneeling worshiper with an offering to the left, four foliate shapes in the field, a plant as the terminal, line border, 19 x 9 mm, one of black serpentine engraved with four figures and and antelope walking left, 16 x 8 mm, one of black serpentine engraved with two figures each wearing the White crown of Egypt raising a cup over a laden table, a throne to the left, a stool to the right, three rosettes and two Hathor symbols in the field, a winged sun disc and scorpion in the field, line border, 26 x 10 mm, one of black serpentine engraved with a rampant antelope on either side of a sacred tree, with a kneeling figure, animal, linear strokes, and indeterminate forms in the field, a bird, drill hole, and linear strokes in the sky, line border, 29 x 11 mm, and one off chert a figure holding a seeder plow while another drives an ox with a stick, a third figure stands behind the plow, a plant(?) before the ox, three stars and a crescent in the sky, repaired, 21 x 13 mm (6)
